Shipping policy
WHEN WILL THE ITEM/S BE POSTED
No items are kept in stock all are print to order.
Once an order is fulfilled, items are all print to order and usually takes 5 to 7 working days of order fulfillment and be made available for postage.
You the customer will be advised as soon as confirmed , generally at time of order of the garment availability (if applicable) Customers can make contact to find out further information by email firepowerdesigns.com.au or by calling or texting 0404409276.
TRACKING SHIPMENTS
Customers provided with a Tracking Number once Item has been posted
SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Parcel Post or Registered Post - Depending on your location usually anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive once posted.
Express post - Depending on your location usually between 1 to 3 business days
Note : More remote regions of Australia can be subject to longer delivery. Also be aware of busy holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter at which time postage may be further delayed and is out of our control.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We will work with you in the event that an item is lost, does not arrive or is damaged and will endeavor to resolve any issues as best we can within or means.
Extra Cover
If you’d like extra peace of mind when ordering an item, you can add Extra Cover. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) while it’s being carried by Australia Post.
Registered Post
We can offer Registered post to ensure peace of mind on your item which includes the following
Proof of posting (when lodged over the counter at a Post Office)
Proof of receipt, with a signature on delivery and online tracking
In the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged, we can provide you with a replacement or a refund dependent on what you prefer without question.
Note : Only Registered or Extra Cover Options for Orders over 2 shirts (0.5kg-1kg)
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Please Refer to our Refunds Policy for Information regarding returns and refunds
To return your product, you should mail your product at your expense via Parcel Post with tracking (Once Posted you need to notify us of the tracking number)
